i was starting to get bored looking at my own blog, thinking i ought to update. so yar..that explains this rather redundant entry.

the past week had been pretty preoccupying, and i foresee it getting even tighter, what with all the bloody time-consuming assignments due soon. not that im complaining.. just that sometimes things got me wishing there were more than 24 hours to a day.

oh, and im sorry i missed out on the meet-up with the TP peepz last saturday. owe it to them for being able to make time to gather and check out the "tempat baruah", as suggested. (khe..) but i simply wasn't up for it that day. saturday-blues? can't really tell..

it didn't totally go to waste though, that saturday. my late-afternoon-maybe/maybe-not-movie plans with the sisters turned out to be quite something else. the father decided to tag along so that we could all go for a nice dinner once the mother's off her shift. so the movie was scrapped off the plan, to town to meet the mother. then decided town was suicidal so we headed east. stopped by the humongous Courts/Ikea, (where i was discreetly hyperventilating at the sight of some pretty pretty Mac notebooks). then off again to..eat. nothing special, no occasion. but just getting together, i came to realise how i bloody miss the girls! and the parents (on talking terms). by the way, the girls, Nicole and Paris in the making, they're not.. :)

quite recently, mother was cleaning out the store room. and the things we "found"...! among the other nanucillion things that was "revealed" and uncovered in the store room was my Tweety soft toy!! it has a huge round head, and skinny body and was bright yellow all over with a big warm smiled stitched on. the best part is, Tweety was my first birthday present from the parents. and that would make her just as old as me! ok, give and take.. Tweety's 19 this year :) picture that. and then, i found a 1995 diary.. *giggles with mouth covered*.. there was an entry that went "i am so happy because in a few day's, it will be... Teacher's Day. and there is a concert!!!" wow. the things that got me excited. i was in primary 2 back then hokay. and then and then.. i found 2 boxes full of my..ehem..collection of Sweet Valley High and SVU and The Babysitters' Club books. wuahuahua. that was probably my primary 5/6 reading material. and i was practical religious about it, no kidding. it's great getting all these things back, but now that i have it on hand, i kinda don't know what to do with them. hur.

goodness, the internet connection is being a bitch. and im pissed. till the next entry. ta!
